The part most companies get wrong

High pressure is not the answer to everything.

Pressure damages things. It raises the grain on timber, strips the protective granules off roof shingles, blows mortar out of old joints and drives water behind siding, where it causes problems far more expensive than dirt.

So a lot of our work is soft washing: low pressure, the right cleaning solution, correct dwell time, gentle rinse. It looks better, and because it kills the algae rather than just knocking it off, it stays clean much longer.

Pressure washing is the most watched cleaning content on the internet for a reason. These are from independent creators around the trade, shared with credit. They are not our jobs, and we will not pretend otherwise. Our own gallery fills up with real customer work as we complete it.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

How does the $99 first hour work?

You pay $99 for the first hour of work in any city we operate in, then $79 for each additional hour. There is no call-out fee and no travel charge. If the job genuinely needs less than an hour you still pay the one hour minimum, because that is the honest cost of getting a technician and equipment to you.

Do you charge for travel?

No. The price is the same whether you are in central London or a suburb of Phoenix. That is the point of running a single network across North America and Europe instead of a patchwork of local rates.

How do you know how many hours my job needs?

The size options on the booking form are a starting estimate. Before any work begins the technician confirms the scope with you in person. If it turns out smaller than booked, you pay for less time. If it needs longer, you approve the extra hours first. We do not add hours without asking.

When do I pay?

After the work is done and you have seen the result. We do not take payment upfront for standard residential jobs. Larger commercial contracts are invoiced on agreed terms.

Who actually turns up?

A vetted independent contractor from our network, using their own professional equipment. We pay them properly, at $50 per hour, because underpaid crews do rushed work and rushed pressure washing damages property.

Will pressure washing damage my surfaces?

It can, in the wrong hands. That is the single most common problem in this trade. High pressure ruins timber, strips granules from roof shingles, blows out mortar joints and forces water behind siding. We match the method to the surface, which frequently means soft washing rather than high pressure at all.

Do you clean roofs with a pressure washer?

Never. Roofs are soft washed. Pressure washing asphalt shingles removes the protective granules and voids most warranties. If a company offers to pressure wash your roof, that is a reason to decline.

What if I am not happy with the result?

Tell us within seven days and we will return and put it right at no cost. If we genuinely cannot improve it, we refund the visit. We would rather lose one job's revenue than have work out there we are not proud of.

Which cities do you cover?

48 cities across North America and Europe at launch, and we are adding more as contractor coverage grows. If your city is not listed, send the form anyway. If we can cover you we will say so, and if we cannot we will tell you straight rather than leave you waiting.

Are you insured?

Every contractor in the network is required to carry their own public liability cover, and we verify it during onboarding before they are eligible for work.
